    Below is a link to their dried kelp. Soak the dried kelp for 5-10 mins and then add to the broth for any soup. Remove the kelp when the soup is done or blend it in with a submersion blender.

    Also, try out Mark Bittman’s very easy seaweed salad, which only contains 4 ingredients. Can be made a day or two in advance. Experiment with amounts and flavors!

    Seaweed Salad

    dried seaweed
    sesame oil
    tamari
    mirin

    Rinse dried seaweed (a mixture is best) for about 5-10 minutes.
    Drain, and gently squeeze to remove excess water. Pick through the seaweed, discard any hard bits (there might not be any) and roughly chop it with scissors if the pieces are large. Toss with sesame oil, soy sauce and mirin.
    Garnish with toasted sesame seeds if you like.
